To be honest this is the first time we have acquired a buyer from the island of Sulawesi. So far, our buyers come from the islands of Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra and Bali, so this is a good achievement we received in June 2022.

    When I got this order, I was still distracted by my family who still had to be hospitalized, so I didn't pay a good look at the address/origin of this buyer. Furthermore, different things happened when I wrote down the buyer's address before shipping to the expedition. I realized that this was a buyer from a different island and I told them there would be a slight lag in the delivery (usually I send within a few hours after the order came in, but this time was different due to religious holidays and plus bumped the Sunday which was the chosen expedition was off on that day).

   Honestly, I've only enabled three expeditions on my e-commerce and slowly with the fact that buyers increased, I realized the hours and days they were operating for the public. For the most active expeditions is J&T (I guess they have work shifts and holiday arrangements according to to their respective religions). I thank them because they are always there when I send packages on Sundays, even on the biggest religious days in Indonesia, they are still open! Salute!

    For this order, we got a patient buyer (they did not ask about the delivery and even we took the initiative to send a message about the delay due to holidays in Bali). I am grateful for the trust given to us, there is great hope that our store will get bigger and grow in the future.
