In order to help my customers have a good preview before placing an order in my shop, I manage to record displayed product through YouTube and IG Reels content. What surprised me is when someone from the United States asked on me on YouTube channel's comment section about our latest product release.
They asked me about the availability shipment process to their place. I answered them and give an options to contact me further if they're insterested buying my accessories product (start from here, I'll help to answer more questions about shipping cost, payment order, product pricing etc, so they can purchase them with ease).

Few days passed after someone giving me a question on yt comment section. I guess they just curious about the shipment thing. So, I didn't expect anything. Usually, I do login to my instagram business almost everyday in the morning, but at that time I never click the hidden massage at any purpose.
I missed one message from the client and that's the exact same person who commented on my yt channel. They're interested to buy my Vox Akuma Accessory Set, so here I'm answered bunch of questions about the purchasing thing and the payment process.
The most exhilirating thing is the way I use paypal for the payment and how do I missunderstood the customer questions (it's because I don't know how does paypal paying system works lmao). Thanks to my friend, the one who I asked about the payment option just right after I receive confusing question from the customer. Glad, the customer welcomed my clumsiness and I'm just honest to them about my first experience with paypal payment system.
POS INDONESIA : RLN
Right after the customer placing an order and make payment, I head up to Pos Indonesia's branch counter, I ask the employee on the counter with the shipment availability to United States. At first, I didn't get the expected answer so I chose to their headquarters office. I am very satisfied with their handling because this is my first experience, so there are many doubts and questions and the staff there answered everything and calmed me down. I didn't spend much time there even the staff told me that my package could be tracked easily through their official website.

Before send the the shipping cost calculation to the customer, I've checked their official website regarding shipping to the United States. The shipping price is not that much different from what is written on the website. I also read blogs about shipping details and what data is needed when sending goods overseas. This is one of the screenshots while I was reading the blog, perhaps it can also be used for you.

You can also determine the shipping price from two options, the first is the size of the item (length x width x height) and the second is the weight of the package. The results that come out when you choose one remain the same, so I think this makes it easier for sellers who don't have scales.
Regarding RLN, I'm worried about this choice as more people are recommending the EMS option. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, this option is not available when I want to ship goods to the United States (February 2022).I read more blogs and was enlightened by this choice. The counter employee at that time also said that the package would arrive within two weeks with this delivery service.
Another interesting thing is that our packages can still be tracked through their official website. Here I have proven that by using RLN, your package can still arrive at its destination. I sent to the United States and the package arrived within eight working days / eleven days from delivery to the Indonesian postal counter (Pos Indonesia).
