Custom Order
This is one of the custom orders from SNS in January. I didn't know that I couldn't receive messages from overseas customers in e-commerce store. Fortunately, this customer is the one who has often shopped at our store and tried to contact via DM IG. After resolving the misunderstanding of not replying to messages in the e-commerce store (we did not receive messages from the system), finally our conversation continued in the DM and the check out process was done through our e-commerce store.
Many things are considered when receiving orders, such as reference photos, selection of materials and product sizes and deadlines for working on orders. I usually talk about this with customers, before talking about the price of the product and the service received. After the deal, payment can be made through e-commerce stores or PayPal.
I don't like to linger on orders, so in less than 7 days I usually complete the order (of course in the middle of it, I'll ask for a lot of references and communicate about the design, so that there is no miss communication between the customer and us from the service / goods provider). Anyway, the custom order this time running smoothly is the result of customer trust in us and good two-way communication established in it.
