    We are very grateful to all customers who have rated our products on Shopee, one of the online stores we have. To be honest, not many people rate our store products. This is known from the number of items sold compared to the number of product ratings written in our online store, but underneath it all, we're grateful to customers who took the time to write reviews to our store.

    We have tried to add stickers to remind customers to give ratings, then we have also given freebies on every purchase by customers. Neverthless we think, customers have their own busy lives so they have difficulty writing ratings for online stores. We are not discouraged, of course we hope to be able to build awareness of the importance of a rating on online stores, because it can affect the desire of customers to shop at online stores.

    Behind all that, we are very grateful for the trust given to our online store, and in 2024 we hope that there will be an improvement in customer and seller relationships, thus increasing ratings and further influencing customer purchasing power in shopping at online stores.
