Athanasia De Alger Obelia | Athy

    In this event, I brought a children's version of Athy. If you read the webtoon, I'm playing Athy who vomited blood during a tea party. To be honest, I like a lot of Athy's costume designs and if I can I want to make them all happen. Many of Athy's costume designs from her childhood caught my attention, but sometimes I had to go back to thinking that I didn't look like a child, so sometimes I closed the possibility of making her clothes.

    This is the second Athy costume that I made, the first is her debut version which is the beginning part of Athy's introduction to the public. I rarely make pink costumes, so this is something new to me. At the event, I found Athy and Lukas. It was fun to see them coswalk on stage and show some poses up there. I think the current generation of cosplayers is very cool and also brave to show themselves on stage. There are also many beautiful and magnificent costumes and props displayed there.

    One of the things I liked about this event was the merch booth made by local creators. That's very interesting because there are a lot of different fandoms and you can choose from them there. The disadvantage in this booth is the lack of air conditioning and there were quite a lot of crowds in the booth area, which makes it difficult for visitor like me to linger there.

    I didn't capture much of the moment at this event, but I was grateful to my two co-workers who accompanied me that day. To be honest, this is my first time cosplaying alone and it was quite challenging.
